LIFT Ownership Structure
Each LIFT project works through a Joint Venture company (LIFTCo) established between:
- The local NHS (20%);
- Community Health Partnership (CHP), which manages the procurement process for the LIFT programme nationally (20%); and
- A private sector partner (PSP), identified through competitive procurement (60%).
